Podcasting--Customer Service

  1. Customer Service is so important, and we do need to remember everyone needs to be greeted with a smile and people can even tell if you are smiling on the phone. :)

    I really like your reference to the babies. I think that is a great way to tell a "plain ol' statistic." Sometimes we hear stat after stat and start to tune them out, but incorporating a shocker like that will help people remember the stat. Thanks!

  3. Customer Service was a great topic. You are so right about eye contact, smile, and say hello. I was just talking to someone yesterday about when, as a customer, I checkout and pay for something, a thank you is necessary, too! Good job!

  4. That was well done and a great reminder to be polite and responsive to everyone you encounter in the work place. The statical comparisons were funny and useful for perspective.
